The Combined Federal Campaign: The mission of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is to support and to promote philanthropy through a program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient and effective in providing all Federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all.
The CFC is like a department store for charities: Charities that participate in the CFC serve virtually every area of humanitarian need: International relief and development, environmental protection, medical research and health care, hunger and homelessness, education and leadership training, family and community development, recreation, human rights and justice, special programs for women, children, minorities and the disabled, and many more.

United Way of Central New Mexico which serves Torrance, Bernalillo, Sandoval, and Valencia counties, along with a small slice of southern Santa Fe County, allows donors to designate to local recipients, unlike a lot of other United Way organizations.
Since 1952, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico (BGCCNM) has provided at-risk children, between the ages of 5 and 18, with a safe place to learn and grow. Currently the Club serves over 4000 children in its Albuquerque and Rio Rancho Clubs, providing them with state-of-the-art programing administered by highly trained staff. Club members learn leadership skills, explore career opportunities, and become healthy individuals who are ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.
